 CopyART

COPY ART called also  XEROX ART or XEROGRAPHY is an art form of the artists who used the photocopier as their medium between 1966 and 1986.

It was in 1980 that I begun working with the new 1420 Rank Xerox-three colors with an orizontal glass, where I put objects or little sculptures to create prints, having the possibility to vary color density and hue by adjusting the exposure and color balance controls. I also used a black&white copier where I could create my prints on a roll of paper with no limits of length.

“Tutti i media sono "estensioni" dei nostri sensi, corpi e menti umani.”   (The Media is the massage – Marshall McLuhan 1967)
